After 3 major price reductions, countless Open Houses, ads, direct mail, agent showings, etc. the property still had received no offers. Our sellers contemplated reducing their price or meeting with our stager to update their home to attract today's buyer. Our stager met with our sellers and gave them a checklist of items detailing paint colors, light fixtures, furniture removal or rearranging, etc. After the stager and seller made the changes, we had incredible Open House and internet traffic and more importantly, an offer within two weeks!
