"I wanted to extend my appreciation to one of your agents, Ann Kent. Ann truly went above and beyond the call of duty by assisting me not once, but twice in my time of need. Yesterday I locked myself out of my townhouse, which is currently listed through Edina Realty agent Stan M., and Ann quickly came to my rescue. I had walked out the door with my two dogs, and realized that the door had locked behind me, and my keys were inside the house. I headed over to a friend's house and called my agent, who was able to get ahold of Ann to drive over and let me into my house. After Ann left, I walked in, locked the front door, and went out into the garage without unlocking the door, repeating my earlier act of idiocy. I proceeded to run over to the same friend's house (this time without the dogs, as they were locked inside), called Stan again, who again called Ann and sent her to my rescue for a second time.
